The thing to match is the front. His jeans have two big square patch pockets sewn onto the thighs in place of ordinary scoop pockets, and so do these, cut the same way with a baggy, wide leg and a mid rise. They also come in a pale ice-blue wash. The honest differences: his wash is paler still and reads almost grey under the stage lights, where this one is a clearer sky blue. And these carry a side cargo pocket and a hammer loop on the leg that we never see on his, though the side of his leg is rarely in shot.
