Tamil actress and film director, born 5 October 1980, and the daughter of the actor Vijayakumar. She has worked in Tamil films and television since the late 1990s, and reached a much wider audience in 2019 on Bigg Boss Tamil 3, where she was the second housemate evicted and then re-entered as a wild card. She dresses louder than most people on a Tamil television set — heavy silver and gold jewellery worn all at once, and prints with a lot going on in them rather than a plain drape.
